The Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig (CSC) Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of underserved youth through education, access, and opportunity. Built on the belief that every young person deserves a chance to succeed beyond their current circumstances, the foundation focuses on helping youth discover their full potential and build meaningful futures rooted in purpose, leadership, and lifelong success.
At CSC Foundation, we go beyond athletics. While sports can open doors, we emphasize the importance of education, personal development, and real-world exposure. Through mentorship, community engagement, and impactful programming, we equip young people with the tools, mindset, and confidence needed to thrive both on and off the field.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to inspire youth to think beyond the game, break limitations, and step into lives of purpose and achievement.

The CSC Foundation was founded by Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig, a professional football player with the Jacksonville Jaguars and a former standout athlete at the University of Colorado.
Cam’ron’s journey through sports has given him firsthand insight into the discipline, resilience, and opportunities that athletics can provide—but it has also shown him the importance of having a vision beyond the game. Understanding that not every young athlete will go pro, he is deeply committed to helping youth prepare for success in all areas of life.
Through the CSC Foundation, Cam’ron uses his platform to give back to the community, inspire the next generation, and create opportunities for those who may not otherwise have access. His goal is to be more than an athlete—he aims to be a mentor, leader, and example of what it means to turn opportunity into impact.
